Volunteering News:
Two of our regular volunteers have written about volunteering at Headway to give a flavour of their experiences. Our thanks go to them and to all of the other volunteers who give their time and expertise in many different ways
Can you help?
Volunteers needed – Occasionally, Headway is asked to contribute to questionnaires and surveys on health and social care matters relating to brain injury and its effects on individuals and carers. If you are willing to offer your opinions and thoughts, do let me know so that you can be contacted and your views can be heard.
Buddies – if you would be willing to share your experience of living with brain injury with new carers trying to understand the effects of a brain injury on their family, I would be very grateful to hear from you.
Di Drummond 01892 619001.
Thank you.

The Headway service:
As a charity, Headway is reliant on volunteers to help behind the scenes and can offer many other opportunities for volunteers to share their skills. These volunteers keep the Service going by raising funds and the charity’s profile and without them, we would not be able to offer such support to brain injured people and their families.
Any of these roles can be developed with the marketing teams support.
